Our founder and President, Mr. Gerald E. Terrill, Jr., a Marine Corps veteran, began his career in the collection industry immediately after his honorable discharge. He has been able to create a receivables management firm that embodies professionalism, integrity, and the dignified treatment of people an idea that is setting the standard for all in the industry to follow. Serving as a Chapter 2 Secretary, and Vice President for California Association of Collectors, Mr. Terrill had an opportunity to work along side some of the industry’s veterans at a young age, discussing successes and failures and he believes and understands the importance of creating an atmosphere of growth and professionalism within his organization as it pertains to his staff and the overall performance by his staff which will be a true benefit to his clients and the continued growth of his company.
